9 a.m. Worship in person and streamed on Facebook

On Sunday mornings we gather to worship our Lord Jesus through singing, prayer, the proclamation of scripture, and the Lord’s Supper.

Our worship service style is modern liturgical. We follow the ancient pattern of Gathering, Word, Meal, and Sending, but we use a variety of music, primarily lead by piano.

We gather around the Lord’s Table to receive communion every Sunday. Children are welcome in worship and children’s sermons are a regular part of our worship services.

For those who are unable to join us in person, Prince of Peace streams our worship services on Facebook.

Accessing Facebook for Worship Services

On the computer search window go to facebook.com
If you have an account and remember your password, log in. If you have forgotten your password you will have to click on “forgot account?” and they will send you an email or text with a link to reset the password.
If you don’t have an account, you can set one up in the sign up area. It can be made using your cell phone number or email. Email is easier to access for most people.
Once you have a Facebook account, on the day and time of the Worship Service to be streamed log in and go to the “Prince of Peace Lutheran Church Spokane” Facebook page. You will look for this page using the magnifying glass symbol at the top of the page by entering “Prince of Peace Lutheran Church Spokane” in the search window. The page has a picture of the church building. Do all this at least a couple minutes before the worship service should begin. Once you have found the page click on “Home” on the left side of the screen. You might have to click on “Home” a couple times to refresh the screen if the video doesn’t start at the stated time. Make sure your volume is turned up on your computer or device before the service begins.
Past videos can be accessed on the Facebook page when you click on “Videos” on the left hand side below “Home”.
